POST SURGICAL MANAGEMENT
Changes in the normal spinal alignment due to prolonged usage of laptops and mobiles, turning into habitual posture , in the modern times have lead to an increase in the number of people suffering from neck as well as back pain .
Forward neck posture , Increased thoracic kyphosis , reduced lumbar lordosis anr few of the very common spinal changes that are the cause of pain , discomfort and limited motion of the spine .
Chiropractic spinal adjustments along with physiotherapeutic treatment helps in regaining back the normal alignment of the spine .
SCOLIOSIS
Sudden onset of Pain and stiffness in shoulder which is severe at night in the initial stages and a limited range of shoulder lateral roation motion i.e. difficutly in taking the hand behind the back , and abduction ie. Raising the arm upwards from sides .
The pain then becomes continues throughout the day with all movements at shoulder joint been restricted. Physiotherapy treatment if started early in the cases of frozen shoulder helps enormously in managing the pain and to reduced the extent to which the shoulder motion is restricted .

CERVICAL PAIN

Rarely, neck pain can be a symptom of a more serious problem. Seek medical care for neck pain with numbness or loss of strength in the arms or hands or for pain that shoots into a shoulder or down an arm.
BACK PAIN
Back pain is common; approximately nine of ten adults experience it at some point in their lives, and five of ten working adults experience back pain each year. Some estimate that as many of 95% of people will experience back pain at some point in their lifetime. It is the most common cause of chronic pain and is a major contributor to missed work and disability.
ARTHRITIS
One of the most common reasons of pain in the knee after 4th-5th decade of life is osteteoarthritis. As knee joint is a weight bearing joint it is the most susceptable to wear and tear. This wear and tear leads to a decreased joint space along with reduced synovial fluid over the years leading to pain.
Physiotherapeutic exercises help strenghthen the muscles of the legs which prevents further damage to the knee , gives more stability to the joints and reduces pain.
